Terms and Conditions Cruises Care


Welcome to Cruises Care. By using our services—including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, or cruises via our website—you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.


1. General Booking Terms
1.1 All bookings made through Cruises Care are subject to the rules, policies, and fare structures of the respective airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or car rental companies.
1.2 Prices, availability, and terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Cruises Care is not responsible for changes made by suppliers after confirmation.
1.3 You must provide accurate passenger details, vehicle information, and payment methods. Incorrect information may result in denied services or additional charges.


2. Airline Ticket Terms
2.1 Paper Ticket Fees:
Some bookings may require paper tickets with shipping/handling fees. Third-party service fees may also apply.
2.2 Itinerary Changes:
Changes are subject to airline rules and may incur fees ($75–$300+), plus processing fees when requested via Cruises Care.
2.3 Cancellations and Refunds:
• Tickets may be cancelled within 24 hours for full or partial refunds depending on airline policy.
• After 24 hours, cancellations follow airline rules. Low-cost airline tickets purchased within 7 days of travel are non-refundable.
• No-show tickets are non-refundable; notify us at least 4 hours prior to departure.
• Cruises Care service fees are non-refundable.
2.4 Special Requests:
Seat, meal, or frequent flyer requests are not guaranteed. Web check-in follows airline terms, with Cruises Care acting on your behalf.
2.5 Baggage Fees:
Check airline baggage policies; fees may apply for first or additional bags. You are responsible for excess baggage and other airport fees.


3. Cruise Booking Terms
3.1 Cruise Reservations:
Bookings are subject to cruise line rules. Full passenger details, including legal names and birthdates, must be provided.
3.2 Payment and Deposits:
Deposits may be required; full payment deadlines vary by cruise line. Late payments may result in cancellation.
3.3 Cancellation and Refunds:
• Cruise cancellations follow the cruise line’s policy, including non-refundable deposits and escalating fees.
• Cruises Care service fees are non-refundable.
• Special promotions or discounted fares may be non-refundable.
3.4 Changes and Name Corrections:
Changes are subject to cruise line fees; name changes are typically not permitted.
3.5 Onboard Requests:
Requests for cabin upgrades, dietary meals, or onboard services are subject to cruise line approval.
3.6 Travel Documentation:
Passengers must have valid passports, visas, or other required documents. Cruises Care is not responsible for denied boarding.
3.7 Travel Insurance:
Strongly recommended to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
3.8 COVID-19 Policies:
• Travelers assume risks related to COVID-19 exposure.
• Compliance with cruise line and port COVID protocols is mandatory.
• Failure may result in denied boarding without refund.


4. Hotel Booking Terms
4.1 Check-in and Identification:
Guests must present valid ID and a credit/debit card. Minimum age requirements apply.
4.2 Occupancy:
Additional guests may incur extra charges payable to the hotel.
4.3 Cancellations and Refunds:
Policies vary by hotel; some reservations are fully refundable, others partially or non-refundable.
4.4 Special Requests:
Preferences (bed type, smoking) are not guaranteed.
4.5 Pricing:
Displayed prices include room rates and taxes; resort fees or mandatory charges may apply.


5. Car Rental Terms
5.1 Rental Agreements:
Rentals are subject to the rental company’s terms. Cruises Care is not a party to the rental contract.
5.2 Payments:
Credit cards are required for deposits. Actual charges may vary based on usage or additional services.
5.3 Vehicle Specifications:
Specific car models are not guaranteed; images are for reference only.
5.4 Cancellations and Refunds:
Policies vary by provider; confirm at booking.


6. Liability
• Cruises Care is not responsible for supplier errors, cancellations, or changes beyond our control, including technical issues, strikes, or natural events.
• Liability for personal injury, theft, or property damage is limited to proven negligence by the service provider.
• Cruises Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


7. Force Majeure
• Cruises Care is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.


8. Dispute Resolution
• Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under AAA rules in Maricopa County, Arizona.
• Class actions are waived; arbitration decisions are final and binding.


9. Telecommunication & Marketing Consent
• By providing contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, or emails regarding bookings and promotions.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out per instructions provided in communications.


10. Travel Sanctions and Compliance
• Cruises Care complies with international and domestic travel sanctions.
• Services cannot be provided to individuals from sanctioned countries or listed on restricted parties lists (e.g., OFAC).


11. Privacy and Data
• Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• By booking, you consent to the collection and use of data necessary to complete services.


12. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
• Legal actions shall be filed exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona.
